A "Thronejob" is the practice of a male individual seated upon a toilet, defecating, while receiving fellatio from another individual.
Obama bin McCainster was very heavy with feces from eating too much haggis and hot sauce. He really felt the urge to relieve himself. He also only had ten minutes before his plane landed, and finally got the opportunity to join the mile high club with an affectionate flight attendant. So he defecated while receiving oral sex, getting a "thronejob".
