The Graduate

The 1967 classic starring Dustin Hoffman, Anne Bancroft, and Katherine Ross. The Graduate is about a recent college graduate (Hoffman) who is seduced by the wife (Bancroft) of his father's business partner, then ends up falling in love with her daughter (Ross). Anne Bancroft's character became one of the most famous characters in movie history, Mrs. Robinson. The popular song "Mrs. Robinson" by Simon and Garfunkel was used in the movie.

It was based on a book by Charles Webb with the same title written in 1963.
The Graduate is one of the best films that came out of the 60's.

Mrs. Robinson, you're trying to seduce me. Aren't you?

And here's to you Mrs. Robinson, Jesus loves you more than you will know.

The Graduate (the band)

(Easily considered the most talented band that I have EVER seen live) A band that creates amazing music and is extremely talented-that should be signed so that I can get some more of their music-their stage presence will make you feel as if they (or at the very least, the lead singer) is peering into your very soul even in the most crowded room.

Amazing sound, amazing presence, amazing talent, an amazing band.

The Graduation Effect

The phenomenon in which an old piece of media is constantly brought up in defense of a washed up artist, only for that old piece of media to be nothing special. Famous examples include statements such as: "But Kanye made Graduation" or: "But M. Night Shyamalan made The Sixth Sense."
Dude, that album wasn't that great. You're just falling for The Graduation Effect.
