A condition where a male person experiences ungovernable emotional excess, often leading to a display of angry tweets, furious mansplaining and, in severe cases, violent threats. Commonly believed to be caused by testosterone floating around in the male body.

"Whenever someone mentions feminism to Mark, he gets all testosterical and starts shouting about how politically correct feminazis are trying to control his opinions."
