Tepefy

To make someone or something tepid; or to slightly heat something up, leaving it lukewarm. Usually used in a threatening manner.

Child: *gives speech at school*
Parent: "I swear to god, if he doesn't stop stuttering I'm gonna tepefy him in front of everyone."
