When in response to something you see that is stupid, like blocking lanes of traffic during rush hour with pothole repair, instead of saying something like, "Who's the idiot who decided to work on the roads during rush hour?" you could simply say, "Now that's tardostrong."

You tardstrong, boy! Or, in observing something totally stupid, in place of saying, "Wow, that's stupid" or "What the hell is he thinking?" you could say "Tardstrong" or "That's pretty damned tardstrong!"
