A flashback of being stoned. Usually lasts a few seconds to a few minutes. You can get them every few days up to a month after smoking weed.

dude 1: dude, last night.....
dude 2: u okay dude?
dude 1: blank stare
dude 2: hello?
dude 1: sorry, i just had a major tard moment.

short for retard moment

1. Describes a moment when you are trying to solve a problem, and are wracking your brain and when you find how simple the answer is, you marvel at your own stupidity
2. When you are talking and totally forget what you are talking about

Person 1: Yeah and then I went to....*blanks out*
Person 2: What happened?
Person 1: I totally forgot what I was saying, tard moment #1.
Person 2: ha ha ha

Nade-tard moment 

A nade-tard moment is in reference to Call of Duty. This is when a player looks around a corner for about 10 second, and thinks the coast is clear. Right as he starts to pull the pin on a grenade, an emeny jumps around the corner and kills the grenadier.

Guy: Ya, I died like 20 times this round.
Guy2: Dude! How did you do that?
Guy: Well, I had a few nade-tard moments. They got me every time!
Guy2: Ha ha!. That blows(no pun intended)
