A talksperer is a person who is either intentionally or unintentionally “whispering” to another person audible enough for an entire room of people to hear as well.
Today before and after our family court session, my ex kept whispering to his attorney in a very loud manner so I heard every word that he said. It was as if he was talking in a very low voice, not quite a whisper but almost deliberate. He is a total talksperer!
