A delicious combination of a grilled cheese sandwich (pepper jack cheese style) and the classic beef taco, commonly served with avocado and salsa. This dish was brilliantly created by a Minnesotan at the young age of only 6 years old. There may be some shitty imitations out there, but none will compare to the original recipe.
