syzlack 

Is a type of medical cream that was used by the Argentinian navy to treat burns victims during the Falklands conflict of the early 1980's between them and the British. A now infamous veteran of this conflict inexplicably used this ointment provoking accusations that he was in fact an Argentinian spy.
