A sexual act in which the female participant, while deficating, receives the male in her mouth, pleasuring him with lips, toungue, and throat. If this act ends with male reproductive fluids on the females face, the act is no longer a sumpkin, and has become a sump and dump.
If one male individual were to walk into the bathroom in the morning with a case of morning wood when a one woman individual were in the process of deficating and the male were to come to the conclusion that this one woman individual should perform oral sex to relieve the male erection, if this act were to take place in the midst of female defication one has received a successful "sumkin"
