When a man sits on his own penis until it becomes numb and then masturbates. When a man positions himself correctly, he can cut off the circulation of blood to his own penis. When he masturbates or touches the temporarily dead penis, it feels like he is touching the penis of another man. This is, in theory, the opposite of a traditional stranger.
