stoopcan

The most extreme form of canuck. A waffling canadian who hangs around internet chatrooms and forums, and particularly on IRC. The stoopcan believes he/she knows everything there is to know anout anything. Particularly annoying is how they think they are experts at United States govt. and foreign policy.
Let's continue this debate later.. there are too many stoopcans trolling right now.

The stoopcans would celebrate another 9/11
