Only the most elite members of society, who can be identified by their clear love for weed. The people who come to school or work looking high as fuck, like they just woke up from a year long coma.

Matt: Nah, don't worry Jimbo, he's Stoner Crew, he can take care of himself just fine.

stoner crew 

A group of lads originating from Rossendale (near Manchester), sharing the same beliefs, values, morals, taste in music etc; a sub culture, who came together smoking cannabis.
They often go to parties together, and are generally looked up to, as they have superior taste in music, and they look dam cool.
