A tactical retort or decisive action made by a confident woman or feminazi in order to win a conversational point or to affirm a fact. It can also insinuate a threat to receive a kick in the mouth by a lady wearing high-heel shoes. It is the female version of a "knuckle sandwich".
The confident businesswoman gave the chairman a stilletto sandwich when he tried to low ball her project proposal.
