Stage Hand

A Stage Hand is someone who lacks real acting ability, yet still wants to be part of a stage production. Usually drama dropouts if you will, they do not appreciate the art or talent of actors.
A roadie for a band can be considered a stage hand.

Ohio State Handshake

In the state of Wisconsin, namely the more urban Milwaukee area, it is the moment when you put the money in the dealer's hand during a handshake.
I looked at the shit and it's good so here's the Ohio State Handshake to seal the deal and I'll call you again later.

Stagehand

A person who makes the impossible possible, usually in stupid yet functional ways. They also have to fix everything the actors break. For further information see ninja
Without the stagehands this show would be impossible!

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
