A Greek version of a shit sandwich. From the Greek pastry Spanakopita. Skata meaning shit and Kopita meaning pie. Commonly used by Greeks during a bad situation.
man 1: man our Greek boss was so pissed off today.

man 2: yeah he gave us so much shit.
