Sonaphonics 

• A type of language where one uses randomized actions in place of words.
• A physical form of sarcasm with minimal use of words
• A situation where props aren’t required, but can be used to increase the level of humor during an over exaggerated course of action
Sonaphonics Example:
• Someone tells you that they made an “A” on their Math test.
Your Response - *Get up, do a full 360 spin, sit down, and give them a sudden thumbs up while holding a straight face the entire time*

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
