2. A view of a location characterized by extreme or overwhelming poverty and filth

Have you seen Paris lately? Yeah, I saw it on the news and it is absolutely slumic and covered in trash and filth.

Cleaning one's nether regions by dipping said regions in a stream of running water, such as a creek or a storm drain on a rainy day.

When a guy boost his Ego by deliberately partying in an atmosphere filled with insecure and less attractive women. These women are often not as picky and less likely to say no!

Slutical 

1. (adj.) To be a slut at being radical. To be a "slut" at something is to do said thing with great frequency or to adhere to the ideal of said thing completely. For someone or something to be slutical it means that they or it is a slut at being radical. Though slut is usually a negative term, "slutical" is a term of endearment.

1. Becky goes skydiving, she can swordfight and she can cross her eyes. She is so slutical.
2. That band plays the best songs...they are TOTALLY slutical.

Pelzer Sluice

God’s unholy contraption. A cruel and heinous means of torture in which a helpless human being is chucked into a machine via a conveyor belt and enters the Pelzer Sluice where the person is callously skinned alive. The skinless corpse comes out of the machine on one end and the victim’s skin on the other.

After interrogating the man for some time, the cartel leader decided to have his men take him to the Pelzer Sluice where he was consciously flayed.
