Slobodon is a Serbian man-baby who still lives with his parents. He spends his days stalking and harassing various girls online. He tries to get them to skype to get naked and show his uncut little man part. He can be sweet, charming and loving but don't fall for it, he's borderline sociopath and/or psychopath and won't change and in the end you will regret ever knowing him. All you can do to get away is block him and his army of various online fake accounts forever. Slobodon can also refer to other men who do the same.

- A socialist leader of the Republic of Serbia from 1989 to 1996, and leader of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from 1997 to 2001. He is accused of Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide against the Bosniak, Croatian, and Albanian population throughout the 1990's and died in the custody of the International Tribunal for The Former Yugoslavia in the Hague in 2006.

Slobodan Milosevic was accused of war crimes in Bosnia in the early 90's.
