Skloog is the pasty yellow gunk located under the nails of any person who spends multiple hours in sweaty boots and fails to clean this filth out for about a month or so. The smell could remind someone of something that died or the south end of a person who could have used a second wipe. It is comparable to fromunda cheese in its consistency, texture and stench.
