A severe medical condition that affects females who look like men. Those with siggydicks will find themselves sprouting multiple penises in their genital region and are required to keep the growth in check with daily castration usually with garden tools such as hedge clippers.

We refer to her simply as siggydicks because we dont want to get too close to her.
