1: "Dude, I love your new car! Thats so sick nasty awesome!"
2: "Have you ever been to Salt Lake City? Its so sick nasty awesome!"
3: the definition of oral sex... Sick Nasty Awesome!

Sick Nasty Awesome

Instead of just the word "awesome", this word is used instead when more emphasis is needed, hence the sick and nasty.
