1. Used as a term deriving from disappointment or boredom; often says as a conversation filler.
2. A form of annoyance to disrupt another's train of thought.
3. Meaning up to personal interpretation; able to be used at any moment.

As my mind blanked on what to write for my essay, it hit me; "Shmoomemoo," I wrote, and confidently handed it in.

shoomenoo 

An expression of greeting, but can also be used randomly at will and not in the said context. Shoomenoo can express boredom, a fleeting moment of mental ambiguity or despair.

It can also mean 'shoes'.

"every morning they exchanged polite shoomenoo's"

"where are my shoomenoo's?"
