Sfenists are born like every people, but at some point, a violent incident (more usual sexual abuse, like a rape or child abuse) affected them beyond recovery.
Sfenists are hard to distinguish from other people. They act like everyone, even if they might have some personality problems after the incident that made them sfenists.
