A typical council house dweller, typically of pikey origin, usually with 4+ kids and a garden that looks like a council rubbish tip, and speaks 'wiv an at-i-tude', and usually has one or more offensive/dangerous dogs.

Those scumptons have let their dog crap on our front garden yet again !

Scompton 

Scompton is the name used to represent where The Scum Lifestyle Movement began; South Central, Ontario or known by its native name, Ruscom.

It is nowhere related to the nickname used for Scarborough, located on the east-end of Toronto.

Scompton Productions was founded in Ruscom, Ontario

Scumton 

A better word for the south coast town commonly known as 'Southampton'.

Seeing as it's residents are known as 'Scummers' or 'Scum' it is only right to refer to their domain as 'Scumton'

Scompton 

see Scarlem - nickname for Scarborough, east-end Toronto. Once a white working class burb of modest 50s homes that produced a disproportionate amount of comedians such as Mike Myers, whose `Wayne's World' is set in a Chicago that is really supposed to be the Scarborough of his youth. Went seriously downhill from the 80s on and has many pockets of ghetto activity and Jamaican gangs.
