Something you eat that has 2 peices of bread with any other type of food product or byproduct inbetween the bread. This term is only used like this when currently eating what is normally known as a sandwich, and your mouth is to full to pronounce it properly.

Can someone tell me where I can find 'Sam Itch' ?"
"No one by that name works here. Who told you that he was down here?"
LeBron asks me to come down here and get Sam Itch.
"He probably said for you to come down here and get him a "sandwich" -- they're over there in the refrigerator. He usualy gets a ham & cheese."
