A person who has to take a shit so badly it eventually begins to peek out and break through like a full load of trash through a hole in an old, rusty dumpster.
I just baked a batch of exlax brownies and fed them to the soccer team. Those guys will be a bunch of rusty dumpsters by the end of the game.
