1. A person who is so morbidly obese that their face has become a circle. They have lost the definition of their chin, cheekbones and the unique qualities that define their facial features, and have achieved a kind of homogeneity or sameness with other roundfaces.

2. A level of obesity that is undesirable.

Round face

A structure of the face where the cheekbones are wider apart than other structures of the face. It is almost circular. Round faces also vary from person to person. Some are extremely round while others are faintly round. Many other face structures are mistaken for a round face if the cheeks are bigger and the cheekbones aren't prominent.
