Saw it in a T.V. show. Name for a person who cancels all the time. They make up a silly excuse to not do something but a few days later, they are magically fine.

Friend one: "Sorry man, I can't go hiking with you today. My ankle is severely sprained."
*three days later*
Friend one: "Hey man, let's go rafting today!"
Friend two: "Didn't you just sprain your ankle? Dude, you're such a ronnigan.."

Ronigan

V. A player (often times goes by "Ron") who is so bad at golf that they keep losing golf balls. They have used all their mulligans but insist on taking out more new golf balls and proceeding to hit those out of bounds too, holding up the entire group but still getting a bogey.

"Ron" sliced his tee shot into the houses on the right so he took a drop and called it a mulligan. Then he proceeded to hit his third into a swamp four more times and lose two sleeves of golf balls on the same hole. Then tells the score keeper to give him a 5. A fellow golfer questions that score and "Ron" says, "I used my mulligan". The other golfer asks about all the other mulligans and says "those weren't mulligans, those were Ronigans."
