A disease or illness that is obviously displayed when a person often acts ridiculous. There may be entertaining symptoms, but the ill are often seen as a nuisance.
Guy 1: "That douche is always annoying and says the most stupid things."
Guy 2: "He must have ridiculousis."
Guy 2: "He must have ridiculousis."
