In World of Warcraft (WoW), a shorthand term for "Resurrection Sickness" - the 10 minute period of time when all your attributes, damage caused, armour and resistance are reduced by 75% if resurrected at a graveyard. If you go straight into a fight while still rezbarfing, you will surely die.

I'll just wait here until I stop rezbarfing. Wait for me to recover from rezbarf. I got rez-ganked while recovering from rezbarf.

rebarf

To catch projectile vomit in ones mouth and throw it back up with twice the force.

She got shitfaced and started to projectile vomit, so i caught it in my mouth and rebarfed to show her how a champ does it.
