An internet meme that serves as another way of saying "stop islam from taking over Europe".
More than 99% of Europeans want to do that without killing or hurting anyone, by the way, so don't listen to the assholes who say that most people who use this meme are talking about genocide or civil war. The term originated from a silly civil war video, but the modern meaning of the term has nothing to do with civil war.
Furthermore, 99% of the people who use the meme are talking about deporting illegal aliens, NOT stripping citizens of their citizenship. The constitution of every European country makes that impossible, so it's a moot point anyway.
