a clunky, badly maintained passenger vehicle with only one functioning headlight.

Why doesn't the guy driving that crappy puddoynk go get his right headlight fixed already? And with his muffler gone, he sounds like a cheap motorcycle. Serves him right if a cop pulls him over for it.
