A government with psychopathic rulers: Psycho + cracy: from the Ancient Greek suffix -κρατία (-kratía), from κράτος (krátos, “power, rule”; klépto- thieves + -kratos rule, literally "rule by thieves") is a government with corrupt rulers.

A recent study at Oxford University concluded that both Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton scored high on the psychopath test. We have psychopaths at the highest positions of our government. A new word to describe such a government is in order - hence PSYCHOCRACY.

A psychocracy like the US does not have a future unless seriously reformed.
