A procrastenabler is a person who enables or encourages someone else to procrastinate.

Your friend knows you have to study for a test, but tries to get you to go out to the bar instead. He or she is being a procrastENABLER.

(Adj.) A task that can be put off or procrastinated on.

"I have to do my chemistry assignment that's due tomorrow, but my history assignment is procrastinable because it's not due until next week."
