Poogily originated from the original poogla or du (sadie the staffy Sadie dujineer). The term is mainly used to describe a good feeling or vibe at any given moment. The term originated in London England and is becoming widely used within music such as funky house and by people when casually talking to friends. Describes a certain type of stafforshire bull terrier the first being Sadie Dujineer (see sadie dujineer on facebook network london) as her breed was unclassified as she is a cross breed her breed was given the name poogla. Since this people have used the word to describe staffordshire bull terrier cross breeds. The word has also become a way of describing an individual form of dog.
