A group of middle age men who travel in a pack. Often in white non descript vans. Typically the vans are emblazoned with offers of free stuff like candy and wifi.They tend to patrol water parks and playgrounds.

A gang or group of people that ride motorized 50cc or under Moped/Scooters. Typically hated on by every other person on the road that aren't on mopeds.
