Parma Trash means a person from Parma Ohio that is a shady two faced bully that thinks they are super cool guys with white tank tops or heavy metal t-shirts and either shaved head or long mullet's they wear tight jeans or to big jeans with their buts hanging out they also love flip fops and never want to wear shoes, they smoke dope and get drunk off one beer and want to make out with their friend and then sober up and call the guy a fag ,The women are tramps with to much makeup and way to big hair they also never bath.
