He is most known for his strange outbursts and unhuman like noises he makes on stream in which he denies giving an explanation to when asked. Omar's community accepts him and treats him like family because they appreciate his love for his viewers and pure emotion when providing content. Despite the severe autism, being 5'5 and the balding Omar put on his hat and his timbs and was able to go out and find his soulmate, another streamer by the name Twilies
