Needy + mediocre = neediocre: a person who is below average in all they do, but oblivious to this fact and bleeds for constant validation and attention, for people to always tell them they're the best.

Cameron just posted his mix online and said "I feel so great about this mix because someone told me it sucked," - just so he could get attention and people to validate him. jeez he's so neediocre.

needyocracy 

A system whereby everywhere you look there are people wanting something, begging for something, whining for something. And the needy are the ones in charge.

These are several examples of a needyocracy - a group of students who don't want to hand their projects in on time, and their attitude is "What'you gonna do about it?"; People who tell you all about their needs, and not what they are going to do about it; Criminals taking the easy way and getting away with it; Emotional neediness in relationships, and not trying to be a tiny bit independent; Bosses that can't make decisions, and won't take self-improvement courses...; etc

Needtobreathe

Needtobreatheis the greatest band evere, if anyone trys to tell you differently, you just tell them to shut up and listen. I don't think that there has been a lyric or chord melody that I have disapproved of, the only downside is that they will usually push people away such as friends, lovers or people you might like away from you.
