neck crank 

A neck crank is the act of applying friction with one's hand on the back of someone else's neck. This act is usually done in response to an idiotic remark or statement.

Person 1: "Cody Bryant is the best player in the NBA!"
Person 2: "His name is Kobe Bryant. That's a neck crank"
*Person 2 performs neck crank on person 1's neck.*

A neck that lacks visual definition of the clavicle and jugular notch separating the neck from the shoulders

I'm not interested in him because his cankle neck is a complete turn off, I like my men to have more defined necklines.

Neckcankle: Thick, globular, mass that begins at the chin and surrounds the neck, completely obscuring any remnants of the neck, and making the head appear attached to the upper torso with plumber's putty.

I'd like to know if Pat is a male or female. But, I cannot see his/her Adam's apple due to his/her neckcankle. Batman's silhouette has become a little embarrassing lately as the bat signal folks have aged it to show his neckcankle.
