The person sitting next to the driver who is in charge of driving directions, and nagging at the same time.

Cyndi is my nagravator - she is a bit annoying, but she knows how to read a map and knows her left from her right. Linda can't nagravate her way out of a paper bag.

Nagagator 

Person or persons whom ride in a vehicle, but are not in control of the vehicle, but make comments constantly pertaining to the driver or the way he/she is driving.

He/She: OMG we are doing 80 MPH on the freeway.
Driver: What's wrong with that???
He/She: The speed limit is only 65.
Driver: But everybody is doing the same speed.
He/She: And you're texting somebody.
Driver: Quit being such a nagagator, I know how to drive!

Nagivator is one who 2nd guesses, questions, nags or argues with the driver.

nagrivator

Similar to "nagrivate", but is what your significant other does while sitting in the passenger seat of the car.

Said to the nagrivator, "I know that I passed the turn-off, went through a red light, and am going too fast, will you please stop nagrivating me!!"
