A newbie to an extreme degree. See n00b. Generally used in online gameplay as a taunt when either a superior player dominates a match or when the inferior player is witnessed doing something incredibly stupid.

This is the upgraded form of n00b. n00bz0rs is a greater insult than n00b, though if you use it to much, it shall seem as if you are a n00bz0rs to. This term is simililar to h4x0rs.
