Can be used as a euphemism for and rhymes with motherfucker. Based on an Yiddish word "kaker" - literally "a fart" as in "alter kaker" - "old fart".

A simple way to comply with FCC regulations without beeping, and still convey the message. Would be easily understood in New York and by people who understand such originally Yiddish words as putz, schlep, chutzpah, verklempt, etc.

"You little motherkaker" - can even be used addressing children.
"You motherkaker! how could you!"

Baby that causes morning sickness and makes his/her mother puke in the early stages of pregnancy due to all those hormonal twisters. It’s used interchangeably and/or instead of motherfucker, simply because you don’t wanna call your little baby that.
