Things that your mom tells you that can be considered wise, but most of the time you just do whatever you feel like and the one time she's right, you will never hear the end of it.

Momisms include:
- Jack, please put on your sweater, it's cold out.
- Do you think money grows on trees?
- Always wear clean underwear in case you're in an accident.

A parade of questions that mothers ask their offspring when they arrive home from school.

Examples of common momisms:

1. How was school?

2. What did you learn?

3. Are you hungry?

4. What did you eat?

5. Why aren't you hungry?

6. Are you okay?

7. Are you sure you aren't hungry?

etc..
