The point of mindfulness is to focus on the thoughts and feelings of the now. This new psuedo-word promotes mindfulness by drawing the attention to how changing just a single letter in a word, an l changing to a k, changes everything.
I used to meditate every single day but now I shoot the breeze and just do it when I fancy and find mindfukness so much more liberating.
