A female, usually unstable for a relationship, from the DC-Maryland-Virginia area, who largely seeks out (like a dog to a scent trail) male Midshipmen from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. These women frequent the dating apps Tinder or Bumble and have no shame.
