An individual who thinks they should be a Lumber Jack, wearing tight jeans, plaid shirt, work boots, full beard, clean cut hair (possible man bun) and has manicured nails and perfect hygiene. Most likely a food service worker at an uppity restaurant, cafe, bartender or espresso barista. Female "metrojane"

The metrojack worked diligently to prepare all of his customers orders as quickly as possible.

A cross between a redneck and a metrosexual. If you have a graduate degree, own a gun, and use it regularly, you might be a metroneck. If you live in Montana and drink lattes, you are probably a metroneck. If you live in interior British Columbia, ski 100 days a year, and drink fine wine, you are most certainly a metroneck.
