an overdramatic and attention seeking person who likes to cause catastophe in their friends lives to watch it play out. a 'melow' is very sadistic.

e.g. Jeff: I hate that my best friend won the lotto, it takes all the attention off me. Stupid bitch.

Jeff is a 'melow'.
