mefill 

When visiting a fast food restaurant one requests a water for their beverage, but after consuming the water and before leaving the individual returns to the drink fountain and decides to get a pop for themselves for the road. The greediness and selfishness of this maneuver turns a normal refill into a "mefill".

I was at Chipotle the other day and I ordered a water to wash down my burrito, but when I was done eating I went to the drink fountain and got a mefill of Coke.

Medill-do 

Students at Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism. Used in a perjorative sense by professors and outsiders. The word is formed by combining the school's name with a common pleasure instrument known as a dildo.

"I told you Medill-dos to get at least two sources for each story -- not just one. You say you want to be journalists but you are all too lazy," said one irate Medill professor.

"They're only Medill-dos," whispered the city councilman to his assistant. "They want to be journalists some day, but nobody ever sees any of their stories. You don't have to worry about what you say to them.
"That's why there's a pimple-faced kid holding the microphone. Nobody would put him on the air in the real world."

megillah 

Something long complex, and possibly tedious. Fr. Yiddish/Hebrew, for "scroll." Certain scrolls are read on particular holidays; it takes a long time, hence the secondary meaning.

I asked for instructions, and he explained the whole manual to me, the whole megillah, from beginning to end. It took two hours.
